Getting started in R

• You can find an introduction to univariate statistics in R on the OSF.

Mixed Models

• You can find a simple R script including some simulated data to run a mixed model using lme4 on GitHub.

Structural Equation Modelling

• You can find some utility functions on GitHub that allow you to get model fit indexes and results from lavaan and format them ready for publication.

• On the OSF, you can find several scripts using structural equation models, latent growth curve models, and growth mixture models.

Network Analysis

• Ayla has written a tutorial on network analysis. She also has some code to produce network analyses and visualizations thereof.
